Whilst Dan was in discussions with the architectural specifier for a business and events centre reception refit and renovation in Yorkshire he became aware of a requirement for an area within the reception to be set aside for notification of a multitude of constantly changing forthcoming attractions. Dan simply suggested that contact be made with Matrix Media Systems to see if we could supply a Digital Display solution.
The original brief was for a large wallspace to be given over for the display of printed media to advertise future events. This media would need to be replaced on a regular basis with all the attendant costs into the foreseeable future.
The iPOSS™ installation now enables the business centre to create and display dynamic images and narrative about every event, show and exhibition that is planned, and also to highlight the services that their clients wish to offer in a targeted and visually stimulating manner, all for no extra ongoing cost. They have also been able to free up wallspace on which are exhibited local arts and crafts.
Of course, Dan received his Introducer’s fee and continues to be aware of opportunities for both Matrix Media Systems and himself.

James Connaught has specialised in servicing the Call Centre vertical for over seven years. He saw the possibilities of iPOSS™ and is in ongoing discussions with a global end user who has a need for multiple information streams and internal messages to be updated constantly and remotely throughout the organisation’s worldwide Call Centre operations.
James is managing the whole process with his client himself whilst calling for technical backup from Matrix Media Systems as he requires.
